You’ll dive deep into how users engage with our desktop, web, and mobile platforms to drive product decisions that delight traders of every experience level. By collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and fellow analysts, you’ll bring visibility to the metrics that elevate the business – from acquisition to market trends and retention. You’ll own core datasets and dashboards, validate and refine event tracking to support reliable insights, and contribute to high-impact experiments that continuously improve the trader experience.  If you're passionate about using data to fuel innovation, this is your opportunity to leave your mark on the fastest-growing futures brokerage in the world.  In this role you will:  <ul style=""> <li style="">Develop a deep understanding of NinjaTrader’s desktop, web, and mobile app products and become a subject matter expert in how customers use these products </li> <li style="">Collaborate with product managers to track against goals, translating business context to well-defined objectives and measurements </li> <li style="">Become a subject matter expert in understanding how user actions in our frontend apps translate to specific data we can collect and observe </li> <li style="">Support and maintain core product dashboards covering acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, and product metrics </li> <li style="">Own GitHub model / scheduled queries and maintain integrity of key datasets used across Looker Studio and BigQuery </li> <li style="">Assist with experiment setup and monitoring in tools like Heap and LaunchDarkly </li> <li style="">Help QA frontend and backend event tracking to ensure data accuracy and completeness </li> <li style="">Participate in strategic insight generation projects led by senior analysts </li> </ul> What you'll need:  <ul style=""> <li style="">Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience </li> <li style="">3-5 years of experience in analytics, data operations, or product analysis </li> <li style="">Proficiency in SQL and experience working in a modern data stack (BigQuery, GitHub) </li> <li style="">Comfortable building visualizations in tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or PowerBI </li> <li style="">Ability to interpret product behavior and user flows using session data or event logs </li> <li style="">Collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail, and desire to learn from senior teammates </li> <li style="">Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li> </ul> Bonus points for:  <ul style=""> <li style="">Experience working in fintech or SaaS </li> <li style="">Familiarity with product analytics platforms like Heap </li> <li style="">Experience with A/B testing or experimentation platforms like LaunchDarkly </li> <li style="">Interest in futures trading, market dynamics, or financial modeling </li> <li style="">Experience with DBT </li> </ul> Compensation:  The salary range for this role will be $135,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD. In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of 10%. Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%).  Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual paid time off allowance accrues at a rate of 18 days per year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays.
